JAMES Irene Suddenly on Thursday June 19th after a long illness, Irene of Nantlais, Tirydail, Ammanford. Beloved wife of the late Griff, devoted mother of Lesley and a dear sister of the Bright family. Former Warden at Nantlais and also former landlady of the Castle Hotel Priory Street, and the Nelson Hotel Carmarthen. Funeral on Thursday July 3rd, service at Llanelli Crematorium at 2.30pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if so desired to The British Red Cross and kindly received by Hywel Griffiths and Sons, Funeral Directors, Bwtrimawr, 39, Betws Road, Betws, Ammanford. SA18 2HE.
