WOOLRIDGE Gerald Peacefully on Thursday, February 7, aged 58 years, Gerald of Ammanford (former collier at Betws and former Welsh Guardsman). Cherished father of Dylan, David and Jessica, loving brother of Marian and Graham, greatly remem- bered by his former wife Frances (Edith) and dearly missed by all who knew him. Gerald was a much loved and respected man with a firm strength of character, a gener- ous heart and a great sense of humour. Funeral on Thursday, February 21, service for family and friends at the Ammanford Evangelical Church at 1.00pm and thereafter at Llanelli Crematorium at 2.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to 'Combat Stress' (Veterans' mental health charity) kindly received by Hywel Griffiths and Sons, Funeral Directors, Bwtrimawr, 39 Betws Road, Betws, Ammanford SA18 2HE.
